  • Google Map and Driving Directions to Coast Guard Station. Station Rockland is located at 54 Tillson Ave and the Cutters moor at the end of Tillson Avenue.

  • Schooner Bay Taxi. This company has a fleet of clean and well-maintained vehicles. Schooner Bay is very military friendly and at the urging of the Coast Guard Committee will take care of Coast Guard personel in Rockland if they find themselves in a situation where they are short of cash.

  • Concord Trailways Bus Service. This company operates busses that connect Rockland with Bangor and Boston/South Station and Logan Airport

  • Train Service from Portland to Boston. The Downeaster is very comfortable and provides high-speed service to Boston. Very popular for sporting events. See the Red Sox, Patriots or Bruins.

  • Maine Eastern Railroad. This train service from Rockland to Brunswick, provides passenger service with varied schedules. It also has a number of community events that enrich our area.

  • Knox County Airport: The Mid-Coast area is serviced by a small regional airport about 3 miles from the station. There is limited commercial air service that is provided by Cape Air to Boston.

  • Bangor International Airport. Just north, about an hour and a half is Bangor International. This airport has made national news recently by being the first stop to Greet the Troops from foreign engagements. as they return home.

  • Portland International Jetport. Travel south on Rt 1/Rt295 South to Portland about an hour and a half to this air-hub.
