Thomaston, Maine and government leases for those that are eligible.
For those looking for a rental, (.pdf) the City Committee has put together a list of some of the Rentals in the area. This list is a compilation of Landlords and
availability that changes daily, so you would need to call the Landlord directly.
The Maine Housing Authority has just launched a new searchable rental site. While it has very little right now for the MidCoast, it may be useful in the future as more
landlords sign on.

- Hampton Inn. This is a newer facility just over the town line in Thomaston.
- Country Inn and Suites. This is a very nice facility on Route 1, right on the Camden Rockport Line.
- Tradewinds and Navigator Motor Inns. These two hotels are in Downtown Rockland.
- Glen Cove Motel. Overlooking Penobscot Bay on Rt 1 in Rockport
